White raised bumps

Hi,
I have been developing white hard raised bumps on my legs and arms over the last two years. They start off just white spots
then they slowy turn to raised hard bumps. They do not itch.
I do spend alot of time in the sun, but almost always use sun screen, since I'm fair skinned. These bumps started when I started being out in the sun alot.
Thanks,
Candy

I have a condition on my back.  The bumps start as small red dots that ache around them when they appear.  After a few days they begin to itch.  The itching is like nothing I've ever felt including poison ivy.  My dermo has been trying to treat them for over a year.  He says it's folliculitis, but it doesn't get better.  Also I looked online and the pictures do not look like it to me.  He said it's not shingles or molluscums.  Any ideas?

Candy:

I'm afraid I can't tell from your description what these bumps are.  Sun-related changes are many, but I haven't seen any like the whitish bumps you describe.  I think you're going to have to see a doctor about this.

Best.
