White spots on stomach and back

I have white spots on stomach and chest ,these started spreading quickly I don’t know the reason. I have not exposed to sun but I take hot water for bath. Can someone advice me as am really worried about this

How big are the spots? Are they dots, or more like patches? It's very hard to say what it is- and it's best to get to a doctor for an in person exam. Some possibilities might be a fungal infection, eczema, or other conditions that cause a loss of pigmentation of the skin. Get an appointment with a doctor and have them take a look- let us know how you are!
