Why do I have a non itching red dry skin on penis head
Never had this before. Not sexually active and no STDs. Comes and goes randomly. Hypoallergenic soaps and detergents kept it at bay for a while, but now it's come back.

Many things could be the cause- it could be a fungal infection- in which case you would want to try an over the counter anti-fungal. It could be dry skin or an irritation from your laundry detergent, from your clothing being too tight and rubbing up agains you, irritating you- or a few other things.
