Why do my hands turn red, hot and painful every afternoon?

It's extremely painful and comes on every day between 4-6 and lasts anywhere from 30 minutes to a few hours. I have no known food or seasonal allergies and it doesn't seem to matter what or if I eat.... It effects my fingers, knuckles and palms the worst. It is limited to my hands. My hands are usually cold and pale.

I've had this issue for years but in the last couple of months it has gotten markedly worse.
I am currently being investigated for some potential autoimmune issues, including RA, lupus and ankylosing spondylitis, although my bloodwork is mostly normal - not sure if this is a manifestation of one of those. I also have Joint Hypermobility Syndrome and TMJ Pain Dysfunction but am currently only taking naproxen.
