Why won't my facial spots go away?

Hi guys, Im a healthy slim 24 year old female and rarely get any spots, however every other month I will get a 1 large  red spot - sometimes they don't hurt and there's nothing I can do - they literally take about a month to disappear. I usually get one on the same part of my cheek, but this week I have one right in between my eyebrows - it's big red and shiny and doesn't hurt is there anything I can do to make this go down and also is there any reason why I have these types of spots?

Celiac disease or just plain poor nutrition can cause skin problems.   Tea tree oil is helpful.
