Yeast Infection or Herpes?

I am a 19 year old male. I had protected sex with my girlfriend for the the first time, we've been with others before. Two weeks later I developed a rash on the head and a little brown scab on the shaft of my penis. They crusted and went away in a week. I then got a blister on my inner thigh which developed a yellowish pus with a white circle around it. A week later it turned into a red sore. There was pain but a little itchy from time to time. If it helps during this time I developed a canker sore in my mouth. I've been having the craving for sweets a lot when I never really liked sweets and I have gained a couple of pounds. Also for the past 6 weeks I have been living with 7 other guys. My girlfriend also works at a day care center. I have not yet discussed this yet to her but I will soon and I am getting tested in a couple of days for stds. Please help I am very concerned for my girlfriend and I.

Thank you very much for the input. I am scheduled to be tested tomorrow. Since my last post I developed a sore on the back of my thigh, the opposite thigh where I developed my first sore. At first there was a little pain when I would sit down and it didnt feel like a pimple or anything, its not formed a crust. Also my inner left ear has been very itchy and there has been pain when pressured. The texture inside my ear also feels different, almost dry. Any thoughts? Thank you again.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
From your symptoms I would like to rule out the possibility of herpes. Herpes simplex is most easily transmitted by direct contact with a lesion or the body fluid of an infected individual. Transmission may also occur through skin-to-skin contact during periods of asymptomatic shedding.

The only way of ruling it out is by getting yourself tested for genital herpes. Laboratory tests include: culture of the virus, direct fluorescent antibody (DFA) studies to detect virus, skin biopsy, and polymerase chain reaction (PCR) to test for presence of viral DNA. I sincerely advise you to consult a dermatologist and get it ruled out.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
