a line of red dots

I have a fungus on my skin. I have some really itchy lines or tiny little red dots in a row of 3 through 6 all over my skin. I pop them & theres this little clear liquid that squirts out.
Several months ago I went to the doctor and he said it was a fungus. He gave me a cream & didnt really get rid of them. It just stopped the itching(kind of).
Now they actually spread all over my skin. In my Elastic underwear area, my chest, my stomach & the other arm.
Do I have any other options? perferably cheaper if I can? He never explained what it was. Is it b/c of my athlete's foot? Did it return because i have that or what?

Sometimes a fungus infection can masqurade and become very difficult to diagnose if steroids have been applied,by name Tinea incognitio.Perhaps a pic can help us in giving you a clearer diagnosis.Looks like your physician must have had some problem in diagnosis it sometimes triky to differentiate.

Well they apperantly said that it was a fungus but now theyre saying that it's an alllergic reaction. WTF? He sounded so certain when he said that. The first time he barely looked at it but now he doesnt care.

OH & now. I noticed since Feb my skin hasnt healed since that happened
