Light Spots Under/Side of Nose,Above Lip

I have these light spots under my nose. It isnt vitiligo or eczema. It doesnt hurt or anything it is just physically displeasing.I am on Tretinoin, Hydroquinone, ****** SA Cleanser, and (occasionally) Cetaphil Moisturizer. I do not think it is any of my products, but it could be, as I tried weening off of them all to find the source.

Flat, there is not texture whatsoever. When I say spots, I mean patches of lightened skin
