advice/help balanitis

Im after some advice or help. My glans has been sore for about 3 months, at first I thought it was my underwear or trousers rubbing but it got no better. After 5 or 6 weeks I went to the doctor and they said it was balanitis and thought it was thrush? I got some daktocort cream that I used twice a day for 10 days.

It took a good 8 or 9 days to get any better at all (and it may have improved regardless of the cream as this had happened before). I went back to the doctors and they said carry on taking it for another 2 weeks. Whilst taking it, the soreness came back pretty much as bad as ever so went to the doctors again and this guy thought it was just sensitive from a previous problem (like a scar he related it too) and to try vaseline morning and night.

Obviously this had no effect, and Im still pretty much as sore as ever. Please can anyone help as Im at my wits end. I spend the whole day uncomfortable with it rubbing on my clothing, or even when Im sat clothes touching it or pressing drives me mad.

Im circumcised
When I urinate, the rash is becomes much more pronounced. Its sort of a pink orange mottled colour on my glans and around the meatus.
When Im nearly finished urinating, the urine dribbles down which it never used to. It seems to be caused by swelling on one side of the meatus.
It doesnt seem to be an infection as there is no discharge or smell, and I have only had one partner for 15 years.
Im using mild soap and non bioogical washing powder (same as I always did).

Thanks
