angiofibroma of nipple

I just had a biopsy of a painful red spot on my nipple that came back as "angiofibroma".  My doctor said that it is benign and a good sign, but all of the information I find is for juvenile angiofibroma in males.  I am confused since I am a young female.  Has anyone had this diagnosis?  I originally went in because my nipple was inverting, painful, and had a red spot.
