Hi, I also have noticed the same thing under my penis ( from my view). I only have one black dot though. It looks like a wart but I have no idea. I am 15. The dot is lifted a little, like it's not flat on my skin. I have never had sex so it can't be an STD. Can anyone help?
Please help me.
Thx.

Hello,
If these discolorations are increasing slowly, then in my opinion they need to be seen by a dermatologist.Conditions ranging from simple hyperpigmentation to benign skin conditions have to be ruled out.

I hope that helps. Take care and regards.

Hello,
Without examination, confirmation of a diagnosis is tough, but it sounds like Fordyce spots. They are small, painless, raised, pale or white spots or bumps 1 to 3 mm in diameter that may appear on the shaft of the penis. The spots are a form of ectopic sebaceous gland, and are not known to be associated with any disease or illness and are of cosmetic concern only. They are non-infectious and a natural occurrence on the body.

They should be got removed only for cosmetic reasons as they are normally found on the penis.
I hope it helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional doubts. Kind regards.
