bump between anus and scrotum

I have one red bump with a whitehead between my anus and scrotum for about a week now. Its neither growing or shrinking. Its not itchy at all and doesn't really hurt, even when touched. It does impede my walking and I can't exercise. after walking or running for too long it feel irritated. its small, like pimple size. what is it?

As a side note, i have a rash on my hands and feet for months that was first diagnosed as excema but now maybe psoriasis. I first used clobetasol which really helped but didn't get rid of it. I'm now using betamethasone dipropionate. not sure if its working as the rash/inflammation is fairly low level when i started, but persistent.

I'm not sure if the two are related. the bump near the anus seems different, especially since its not itchy at all.

Thanks Dr. Kaur...much appreciated. I will get it checked out eventually but since I don''t have insurance and I'm unemployed I've been trying to go to the doc sparingly.

Can you recommend any home treatments? It doesn't feel like hemorrhoids, since its not wet or itchy all, i  I don't tthink its warts since there's only one (i understand anal warts tend to come in groups). So i guess its a cyst or infected hair follicle.

I've been putting some hydorcortisomne cream on it (that i used on my hands) to no avail. I wonder if clobetasol would help since it seems to kill everything but I haven't tried it yet.

Any advice?

Hello,
I cannot confirm anything without examination but it can be a cyst, infected hair follicle, anal wart, some benign skin growth or hemorrhoids which may present with similar symptoms. Hemorrhoid is due to swelling and inflammation of veins in the rectum and anus. Increased straining during bowel movements, by constipation or diarrhea, may lead to hemorrhoids.

My sincere advice is to get it examined from a dermatologist.
I hope it helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing. Kind regards.
