bump on penis

I have a bump on penis that im not sure exactly what it is. I am always clean and safe in all that I do. I recently had unprotected sex about 4-5 weeks ago, and i just noticed this bump a couple of days ago... any idea as to what it is?
is it a pimple or std? The only thing i have done recently is started running about 2-4 times a week for about 30 min (started about 2 weeksago). The bump or thing does itch very lightly at times but its rare.. more so only when thinking about it :/... Please let me know.. thanks..

Without examination, confirmation of a diagnosis is tough but it can be contact dermatitis,rash due to friction rub, folliculitis, cysts or genital wart(caused by HPV infection). If the bump is painful then it is important to rule out herpes sore.

Apply warm compresses, Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it. You can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen. If the lump persists then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
