hello Dr.
im a 21 year old circumcised male who never had any sexual contact

i have a  small flesh colored bump(wart?) on my penis, its been there for many years(4 to 5 or as long as i can remember), i was wondering if it is anyhting to be concerned about?

i also have a couple of very very minute warts
and i was wondering that will i pass it on to my girlfriend if we have any sexual contact??(never had one yet)

Hello,

Without examination,confirmation of a diagnosis is tough but it can be contact dermatitis,rash due to friction rub,folliculitis,cysts ,molluscum contagiosum(multiple, small, dome-shaped papules, often with a central depression or plug) or genital warts(caused by HPV infection).

Apply warm compresses,Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it.You  can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen.If the lumps persists then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.

sorry for this but the other 2 minute warts are on a dark ring around somewhere in the middle of the penis the first one that i mentioned is also very close to this black color ring
