Hello,
From the symptoms it sounded like folliculitis or cysts and you can apply the topical antibiotics like Mupirocin. For oral antibiotics, you need a prescription from your doctor. However if it is a cyst then no treatment is required but they become painful then it means they are infected, then surgical excision by traditional wide excision, minimal excision, and punch biopsy excision may be required.
I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
thanks alot . . . sir do you need pictures i can post them . . and suggest me oral antibiotics too so that i can rid off as soon as possible .. once i applied GENTOMYCIN on it . . . it only relieved itching nothing else . .
The symptoms are suggestive of folliculitis and boils. Keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics. Also wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove. Avoid any kind of cosmetics.
Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment are also useful. In case the symptoms persist then oral antibiotics may be needed. Please consult a dermatologist in that case. I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
