chronic yeast infection

I have yeast infections all the time, like twice a month if its bad, iv tried everything including apple cider vinegar and perscription treatments, i just changed my birth control so i should start gettin my periods soon, but is there anything else i can do?  Like change my diet or another kind of treatment?

You can try Lactobacillus acidophilus it helps out some people, especially if you have been taking antibiotics.

have you see or talked to you doctor about these yeast infections. Its possiable that the treatments you have been using have only made your symptoms better but not actualy gotten rid of the yeast infection, and it ends up returning again. You might need stronger medicine for it that can only be prescribed by doctors. See a GYN if you don't have health insurance find out if there is a family planning clinic nearby they are cheap or free and might be able to help and treat you.
