I woke up today with a cluster of blisters on the side of my nose. What are possible causes and remedies?

It sounds like summer sores or impetigo. Summer sores is another name for impetigo.It is a superficial bacterial skin infection.Primarily caused by Staphylococcus aureus, and sometimes by Streptococcus pyogenes.Topical and oral antibiotics is the treatment of choice.
