cold sore or pimple?

I'm pretty paranoid at this point...

I'm healthy 25 year old male who has a small pimple around the middle of the mouth by the lip. I checked every available website regarding cold sore symptoms and pictures and my pimple does not look like any of them. It's just right on the lip line so its pretty visible. It started on monday night and it came to a small head so I popped it. By tuesday it was healing but still red. Today is wednesday and it looks like its still healing, though not as red as before. it looks like a pimple but i really want to make sure that it is.... i've never had a cold sores before. I've gotten pimples around my lip area but i can't remember if i ever had it right on the top lip line. I do not have any of the symptoms such as pain, fever, blisters. however I did have a tingling sensation on monday (prodrome) before i got this. But sometimes i can feel a pimple forming so I don't know if its a cold sore. I don't know if I'm just paranoid.

i'm extremely worried and need of an advice if i should go see a doctor or not. Thank you!!

(by the way i usually have chapped lips during winter so disregard them.. plus i have been suffering with acne for a long time)

here are some pictures:

Thank you doctor. is it possible to get a pimple just right above the lipline though? I've missed school for this because i didn't want people to see it.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
It looks and sounds like a picked pimple, not a cold sore.  Triple antibiotic is fine.  Plus, leave it alone.  It should heal fine.

Best.
