Hi, About 6 months ago i had gotten burned from waxing my upperlip, this had happend the last 3 or 4 times before this also but i kept on waxing :/ bad decision  i know.. but i did. I now have had this scar like just looks like a darkend shadow in the corner of my mouth. Ive stopping tanning because it makes it worse and ive tried maderma but that also made it worse. I was considering getting a laser treatment done, the sciton BBL photofacial, would this help with this scar??
Thanks, Brittani

Hello,
From the description it can be a freckle or a solar lentigo. It is a small, sharply circumscribed, pigmented macule surrounded by normal-appearing skin.

You cannot remove them at home. Cryosurgery using liquid nitrogen and laser are the main treatment modalities. Although there are many skin creams like hydroquinone and salicylic acid, but their use needs prescription .I would recommend a dermatologist’s consultation for this. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
