Hello,
What your sister is having is hallucinations and delusions. Psychotic episodes have been rarely reported at recommended doses. Dizziness, dysphoria, overstimulation, euphoria, psychosis and hallucinations are frequent side effects. I suggest you to get an immediate evaluation from a psychiatrist and get her evaluated so that she comes out of this meth addiction.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
sometimes people actually see things and make it out more to be then what it really is under the influenve.....
My brother went through this and, by some miracle, got out of it before it killed him. He has a productive life now, and has not touched meth in many years but has some heart damage and a criminal record from it.
If you or your family can, get her away from her environment and away from her drug source. In most states, she can be forced into rehab when she becomes mentally unstable and unable to make rational decisions for herself. Good luck on this. Watching my brother go through it was horrible and involved a lot of "tough love" from my family...(((((((((((HUGZ)))))))))))~MM
