dry skin on penis

gtr
Few weeks ago i noticed some purple veins on the side of my shaft, a week later i noticed dry skin on the shaft and on the head. Also there is a red mark in the middle of the shaft. it began to itch for two or three days then stoped, but no pain. ive had eczema since i was born. Could this be friction by matubation to cause the dry skin and the purple veins?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It can be due to eczema skin. Take some antihistaminic like Benadryl or Claritin and apply some calamine lotion on the rash. Also wear cotton clothes and apply good quality moisturizers. If the symptoms persist then please get it examined from a dermatologist.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Maybe it is due to friction by masturbation, try to stop masturbating and observe, if it will disappear then your right, then next time you maturbate use a lubricant to avoid skin irritation.
