eczema and my son

My 8 year old son has what is believed to be eczema we have done a biopsy which one pathologist read as psoriasis and another read as eczema and his dermatologist thought he had skin lupus. We are currently treating it as eczema and he is on elidel and triamcinolone cream, we have tried tanning beds and bleach baths. No relieve, this has been going since last Nov. The dermatologist wants to put him on methotraxate (sp?) (chemo drug). I am nervous, any advice???? He also has a history of lymes disease a few years ago..any possible connection?????

I can work on getting a photo to you were should I send it to? As for the histophathology report, we don't see the doctor till August at that time I could get a copy of it, I have a feeling that will be quicker than calling and asking for it, they can be kinda slow at times.
I also wanted to add we did a round of antibiotics since it was starting to get infected from him scratching even with taking zyrtec or benadryl and of course that scraping came back with MRSA, not surprised. and yes he even had a scraping for ringworm of course negative.  Thanks for your input it is appreciated

Lyme borreliosis has cutaneous manifestations, but do not fit in with the eczema, psoriasis pattern in histopathology and has typical clinical features.Could you kndly send a photo and the histopath report.Personally I am vary of using methotrexate in children- possibly because my experience here may be limited or me being overcautious.
