eczema or something else?

I have about 4 red crusty bumps on my legs (in random areas) and 2 big patches around both my elbows. It was supe itchy and so i went to the doctor for prescription and was told it was eczema. I was given an anti imflammatory cream, aqueous cream and emolin ointment BP.

Skin is still very itchy and elbow has developed many small bumps of skin colour (which turns red when scratching and the prescription given is seemingly making it worse?

Am I supposed to continue with the creams?Really not sure what I should do to make them go away please help..
