eyelid rim growth

I have a very tiny growth on my right upper eyelid rim just where the rim meets the eyeball.  It is the same color as the rim and is on the side near my nose bridge.  Because I wanted to compare with the other eye, I lifted my left eyelid rim to check and found another small growth there as well, but deeper in the rim toward the under eyelid.  What could these things be?

Thanks Zerri

Hi

Skin colored growths have warts, skin tags or fibromas as differentials. In your case, you have noted the growth to be within the eyelids (is this correct?).Some warts such as filiform warts may be noted to grow in the areas near the eyes. In your case however, if the growths are noted to be within the eyelids, then you may need to have this assessed by your ophthalmologist. A slit lamp examination may be able to check external eye structures and see the extent of involvement of these structures. Refrain from unnecessarily touching the area.

Hi,

My name is mike, Iv been worried about something on my body too and while i was reserching I found "Cyst". You might want to check that out and see if that compears to what you have. They show up around the eyes, nose, lips and neck(the head).

Is there a hole in the middel of it and if sqweezed does a milky substance come out?
