Can you be a little more descriptive? Are they small, have they increased in size? Do they itch? Are they flakey? Maybe add a photo.
If the rash has appeared suddenly then it can be due to contact dermatitis, viral rashes or seborrheic dermatitis. But if it has been present for quite some time, then it can be due to rosacea.
