Hi,
The area needs to be washed with fresh water several times a day. Do not use a face wash or soap for a few days.
Apply calamine lotion which acts a s a soothing agent and a sunscreen when going out.
You could take some antihistamine medications if the burning sensation is too much.
If the lesion still persists, it would be best to consult your doctor or dermatologist.
Hope this helps.
Good luck.
I would use hydrocortisone cream. If you live in the UK this is available at a pharmacy, but only licenced for use on the face if prescribed by a doctor. It is contra-indicated for long term use but will stop your symptoms on this occassion. In future, do a test patch before treating the whole area, and don't apply any other products for 48 hours before or after treatment. If facial hair is a problem you could look into permanent removal at a laser clinic, or go on an anti-androgen contraceptive pill like Dianette (called Diane35 in some countries). Loiloi x
