fungal infection
it is almost three years now have this fungal infection in my scrotum, when i go to hot regions my scrotum becomes red and very itch and painful. last time i went to hospital doctor told me i have candida and gave me dezor cream and whitfield ointment they helped me but i stopped using them for awhile and i went to Punjab, India for studies temperature is very high, it started again. please i really need some help for a cure

Various reasons for recurrent or persistent fungal infection are incomplete treatment, treatment resistance, co-existing dermatitis, diabetes and low immunity. Treatment resistance can be overcome by applying a cream with a combination of antifungals (Clotrimazole 1%, Miconazole nitrate 2%, Tolnaftate 1% and Butenafine hydrochloride 1%).
