genital bumps

Hi,

I had sex, shaved 2 days later, and had 1 glossy bump appear on my genital area, several days later I had 2 red bumps appear on my upper inner thigh.

How do I distinguish if is is eczema, molluscum contagiosum, folliculitis and/or herpes?

I have no fever, no puss, they only bleed when I scratched at them, the glossy bump disappeared after 2-3 days that bump didnt bleed or puss, the red bumps (2) with a little redness around the bumps have not gone away, its been almost 2 weeks?

With the exception of herpes do the other conditions go away?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Without examination, confirmation of a diagnosis is tough but it can be contact dermatitis, rash due to friction rub, folliculitis, cysts ,molluscum contagiosum(multiple, small, dome-shaped papules, often with a central depression or plug) or genital warts(caused by HPV infection).Herpes is less likely because it presents as painful blisters.

Apply warm compresses,Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it.You  can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen. If the lumps persists then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.
I hope that helps. Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional doubts. Kind regards.
