half of my forehead is white & the rest of my face is tanned

Hi, I'm a 15 year old girl, and I wear a headscarf & I get tanned very easily & last year i was outside for P.E & it was sunny then & I got home took my scarf off & saw that the top half of my forehead is white & the rest of my face is tanned I thought it'll go away in a few months but it hasn't its still there and I don't know what to do because I've done practically everything to get rid of it I exfoliate my face very single day  but its still not gone. So could someone please tell me what to do.

Use vitamin C cream on the tanned part and a little bronzer or makeup on the untanned part to even it up until it evens out in time.
