ok, so on the bottom right side of the shaft of my penis i have what appears to be a pimple. there is no pain, however i have popped it 3 times now over the course of the day and the whitehead keeps coming back. there is now a rash on my penis shaft, receding just below the circumcision scar. i had sex the previous day but my girlfriend and i are both the only sexual partners in eachother's lives. please help

It can be a small irritated hair follicle or a clogged pore. Apply warm compresses, Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it. You  can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen. If the lump persists then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.

Hi Nic,

It could just be that a hair follicle keeps getting blocked. If you wear tight pants/underwear this may be causing it. I would wait a couple more days then see your doctor
