how can I remove two dark zones from my face skin?

Hi Dear Drs
I am a 25 years old man with a comparatively dark skin but not black race. Recently I noticed two dark zones on my face skin symmetrically beside my eyes. The appearance of these dark areas may be as a result of the manipulation of my previous acnes. and as I searched its most probably to be a post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH). But regardless of the cause of their development a cosmetic center adviced me to undergo a dislayeration IPL treatment to solve that and I did so. One day after the first session the dark zones became much darker as a result of burning clots due to the intensive pulse light, but after disappearing the layer it became whiter than the rest of my face skin , but almost one week after this the dark zones started to reappear even darker than the base level. My advisor recommended me to undergo the second session because she believed that the fail of therapy is due to the fact that I havnt protected my treated skin from the sun. I underwent the second session but the same history happened despite my careful attention regarding sun protection.
I just wanted to ask you to recommend me a potent and almost fast effective medication for discoloration of these two undesired dark zones.
The photos cannot be uploaded here due to low memory. Please feel free to ask me the photos of the face skin by email if necessary
Thank you very much.
