Hello,
You can get this small wart treated by laser or you can resort to some other treatment option. For small warts, several medications(like podophyllum resin, Podofilox (Condylox), Trichloroacetic and bichloroacetic acids, Imiquimod 5% cream and interferons) are available, which can be applied directly to the surface of the warts.Other treatment options include electrical cautery, surgical removal, Carbon dioxide laser treatment and electrodesiccation.
I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
there is one tiny one they forgot to remove also what should i do about it
hey i just got back from the dermentalogist and they put this needle in them and then used soem metal thing to maybe pick them and then burned them off and gave me bacitracin there are black dots now will they go away soon and will this scar
Hello,
Sorry replied to another question first.
Laser removal is one of the best methods to be used but carbon dioxide laser treatment method also removes much of the surrounding tissue and generally results in scarring. Pulsed dye laser targets the small blood vessels that feed the wart and is more effective. You can discuss about this with your doctor.

Hello,
One possibility for your symptoms is pompholyx. Pompholyx is also called dyshidrotic eczema. It is characterized by a sudden onset of many deep-seated pruritic, clear vesicles which itch and then peel off. As a result the skin may also fissure.
The exact cause is not known and excessive sweating can be one of the reasons. But some triggers like allergic reaction to soaps, detergents, foods, latex, nickel etc may trigger the symptoms. Apply some calamine lotion on the affected area and keep the area well moisturized. Use only thin applications of moisturizer ointments as excessive amounts of ointment may restrict breathing of the skin and aggravate the condition.
Topical steroids can be applied but they are available under prescription. Moreover to prevent infection, topical antibiotics may be needed. I suggest you to consult a dermatologist and get it evaluated.

Hello,
These small bumps can be due to irritated and infected hair follicles, sweat rash, warts and heat rash. Wash the area with fresh water and wear cotton clothes. Apply warm compresses on the lump and keep the area clean. Topical antiseptic treatment and topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment is very useful. If the symptoms persist then oral antibiotics may be needed. I suggest you to consult a dermatologist in that case. Also then get other possibilities ruled out.
