how to remove facial and body scars of chicken pox

I want to remove all the scars of chicken pox in my face and in my body....it is so embarrasing to wear shorts because I have many scars in my body and face and i'm in college this scars makes my selfesteem to be low bcz I wonder what people will say about me or the will laugh at my back
Please help me

I missed the times when I used to wear shorts or swimming suits wit confidence and i'm 19years old i'm still young I have to enjoy life a little

Buh the problem is that I have a single parent and she is unemployed so I don't know were we will get the money to go and consult a dermatolodist
