Hello,

Desonide lotion is a corticosteroid lotion used for various skin conditions. The dry rash that you have on your penis can be due to seborrheic dermatitis. The main treatment of seborrheic dermatitis is corticosteroids and shampoos containing ciclopiroxolamine, ketoconazole, selenium sulfide, or zinc pyrithione(like in antidandruff shampoos). In cases where steroids are not working, low doses of Accutane (Isotretinoin) are helpful. But it should be taken only after prescription from a dermatologist.

The small bumps that you are talking about can be folliculitis,Fordyce spots or pearly penile papules. They are all harmless and no treatment is required for them.

Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any other queries.
