increasing brown spots on hands, one of them now discolored. Help??

So for about the past 2 weeks now, I have noticed brow freckle like spots on both the backs of  of my hands. They are increasing in number and size. They started out on the webbed area between my thumb and index finger and now are on my index and middle fingers. One of the brown spots has now become white-ish. This past week I’ve also experienced mild naseua- not sure is this is related. I’m 17. I’m worried it’s more than just sun damage- I’d appreciate input.

I would recommend seeing a doctor if they are spreading rapidly and growing.  I don't know that the nausea is related, but sounds like it's worth having a doctor check things out.
