inflammatory linear verrucous epidermal naevus (ILVEN)

My very dear friend have just been given the diagnose with the skin desease Ilven. She got the diagnose from Israel because there are taken no action in our contry though she is now in her mid thirties. She had had the disease since 3 month old, and it is getting worse. My question to you is  are there any way to find out if she can give the disease to a child. She wants a child of her own so much, but are afraid to give it to a child through her genes. She has accepted to live with the disease, and know there is no cure. If you can´t help me, do you perhaps know where she can write or who she can contact, dosent matter where in the world.
Thank you for your time.

Hi i had ilven for 28 years i got it when i was 6 weeks old ive tried everything to get rid of it but nothing helped so i researched about it and i did find a cure for it its co2 laser so i gave it a try and yes its gone and hasnt come back thank god but i had to do a few procedures to get rid of it because for haveing it for so long so give it a try to. So if you know anyone who has it let them know  that co2 laser does work cause it really work for me and i thank god for it because haveing ilven was hell for me i suffered alot from it but not no more.
And also i have 2 kids a boy and a girl they both dont have it its not contageouse nor its in the genes so i say its she wont give it to any child i have 2 and both of them dont have it

There is only a single case reported in world literature of such a transmisison.Inflammatory linear verrucous epidermal nevus (ILVEN) in a mother and her daughter.1: Am J Med Genet. 1986 Aug;24(4):685-90.Hamm H, Happle R.Do consult these doctors. My impression is that the chances of such transmision may be next to nil.But do consult the authorities in this condition.I shall do my best to give you more data if i can.
