inner thigh rash?

In late December I work up one morning to find a small pimple right below my belt line. This pimple gradually grew and I popped it once a whitehead formed. The pimple then went down but never went away! Then About 3 weeks ago I noticed another pimple one morning after waking up from a sweaty night. This one was right on the bottom left side of my testicles. This time I did not pop it in fear that it would turn out like the first one, I used proactive acne solution twice a day and it was gone down but has not gone away. This one did not form a whitehead, but had gradually gone down? THEN just two days ago I noticed this rash looking line about one inch long and about a quarter inch think right in between my thigh and body area. This is a rash looking like red mark, that seems to turn from pink to red depending on how often I touch it. No discharge, no bumps, but red like dots which are spaced  slightly apart? I have not had sex in about 5 months. What can this be!!!! I also sweat a lot in my sleep and sleep with boxers and pants.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,

Without examination, confirmation of a diagnosis is tough but it can be contact dermatitis, rash due to friction rub with clothes, folliculitis, dermatitis (atopic, contact, allergic), heat rash or excessive sweating causing sweat dermatitis.

You may try calamine lotion on the rash. You should also maintain hygiene and try to keep the area clean and dry, wear loose-fitting cotton clothing. Also use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove.Avoid deodorant / cosmetics. You can also use a barrier cream with zinc oxide paste or petroleum jelly or a thick moisturizing cream applied directly to wet skin after bathing.

If the rash persists then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.

Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing.
