hello? have you tried taking a cooler shower, your skin could simply be irritated by hot temperatures. try taking a cooler shower and see if the problem occurs.

Hello,

I cannot confirm anything without examination but it can be contact dermatitis to the soap or lotions. The other possibility is of dry skin or water urticaria.

The mainstay of management is liberal use of moisturizers after washing with luke warm water. Soap should be used minimally. Moisturizers should be reapplied liberally during the day.You can also use a topical cortisone (steroid) cream or ointment like dermacort(hydrocortisone). Adding a humidifier to the central heating system of your home or using a humidifier also helps. In severe itching antihistminics like Benadryl can be taken.

In case the symptoms persist then consult a dermatologist in that case.
