itchy and rashes?

I'm 15 weeks pregnant with my first child and I keep getting horrible bumps and rashes mostly at night. They itch so so so bad. Is this a pregnancy thing?
At first I thought it was my laundry soap but that was ruled out. Now I'm currently thinking I've developed an allergy to my three dogs.

You should have your doctor look at the rash... the itching is normal (I carry around lotion to apply on my stomach) but a rash is not a normal symptom

I get rashes just above my private part as my little one is sitting really low. I think it's normal :/ probably because your stretching but try and put cream on your belly to prevent rashes
