itchy bumps on skin single dey bump on penis

I have been bouncing arouns from house to house for places to sleep. Sheets somwtimes not hbeng the cleanest. One day i wale up and i have red bumps all over my arms, legs feet amd buttocks,and scattered on body that itch like crazy, somwtimes drawing blood from scratching. A few daya later i notice a small bump on the edge of the head of penis with a dry skin atop it. It itched along qith little bumps along shaft which matched small bumps i had around Nd between my knuckles. Just little dry bumps. Ive tried steriod creams Nd benedryl. The bene helped a little but atill the skin itches like crazy. I need help.any questions

From the sites that you have mentioned, scabies should be ruled out. Scabies produces small red bumps and blisters and affects specific areas of the body. Scabies may involve the webs between the fingers, the wrists or other folds of body.

I feel that you should get it evaluated from a dermatologist. The fluid exuding from the blisters can be sent for examination to find out the confirmatory diagnosis.
