Hello,
You can apply aquaphor but to stop the itching you may need oral antistaminics like Benadryl (may cause drowsiness) or Claritin. If the rash starts spreading then viral rashes should be thought of.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Hello,
It can be due to contact dermatitis or dermatitis skin. Wash it with fresh water, use mild soaps and wear cotton clothes. Take some antihistaminic like Benadryl or Claritin and apply some calamine lotion on the rash. If the symptoms persist then please get it examined from a dermatologist as you may need topical steroids like hydrocortisone 1%.
