I am also 15 and have had eczema all my life. I know exactly what you are going through. This past summer I went to the dermatologist and got a cream called: Protopic (tacrolimus ointment) Ointment 0.1%. It has been my life saver. Every time i have a really bad break out of scratching (like bleeding and scaring) I put a lot on the area and it fixes the area so much over night. Of course like everything good in life its a tad expensive but PLEASE trust me when i say it is well worth it. Good luck!

Try not to scratch, i know its hard, but it can lead to a secondary infection and scarring. Bathe in a good bath oil such as the one by Oiltum. Products by Aveeno and Eucerin are also good and Lutsine cleanser for dry skin is nice to use if you have eczema on your face. Google these brands for stockist or delivery. Hydrocortisone 1% cream from the pharmacy will help for bad flare-ups, but don't use this all the time. Loiloi x
