lesions or warts or ingrwn hair or kaposis

i have had these five unusual spots on my right thigh for 8-9 years now .. im kinda worried over these spots after reading about a lot of skin issues online .. im not sure if this a lesion or wart oor ingrown hair or kaposi .. im not even sure wht do i call these spots. these spots dont itch or pain .. 3 of these spots are slightly raised and the remaining two are in line with my skin .. with hardly no hairs growing over these except for few hairs .. i have a hairy body .. it has remained as such since it appeared .. please not i have never had sexx or indulged in anything risky .. this is one thing that drives me crazy over the fact this couldnt be anythn related to aids or an std provided i never had sex .. leavin me to worry over the other options includin warts or an ingrown hair ..
does anything malignant/ dangerous remain in your skin for years without any change?

what do you guys think this could be?

Doctor,

Would like to inform you that I consulted with the doctor today. He ruled the spots as dermatitis. Have prescribed me some meds ( 2 tablets each for a week and an ointment ). He asked me to consult with him at the end of 2 weeks.

Doctor,

It has remained intact without any change ever since it appeared. It has been almost 8-9 years now. It hasn't changed in size or shape. I have never experienced any pain or itching from the spots.

I just hope its not anything dangerous.

I am planning to get it checked sometime next month.

Hello,
These spots appear like scar spots which you get after repeated trauma to the skin. This could be due to repeated hair picking which you did. The other possibility is of cysts or warts. Keep an eye on these. If you notice changes in the mark’s color, height, size or shape, you should have a dermatologist evaluate it. You also should have it checked if it bleeds, oozes, itches, appear scaly, or become tender or painful.

I hope it helps. Take care and regards.

Doctor,

I thank you a lot for having a look at this query of mine.

this appeared when i was 14 and now im 23
i dont knw if this is important but still for the record whn i was 12 or 13 thts whn body small body hairs started growing i used to shave off the tiny hairs around in my thigh and leg areas when i noticed hairs have been growing all over my body. i felt irritated at hairs growing all over body and whenever i got a chance i used to shave the budding hairs that grew on my arms and legs.

These are the pics of the spots taken at different angles.
(I have indicated the position of the pics by blue and black color circles.
Blue indicates the spots which are very slightly raised and black indicates the ones which are in line with my skin)

Hello,
From the symptoms the different possibilities for your symptoms are folliculitis, cysts ,molluscum contagiosum(multiple, small, dome-shaped papules, often with a central depression or plug) or some benign skin growths. Skin malignancy does not remain the same for years and can present in a very explosive manner with itching, discharge, spreading redness and other systemic symptoms as well. To confirm the diagnosis, I suggest you to get an evaluation done from a dermatologist and get a biopsy skin done. This will confirm the diagnosis.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
