Yes you should avoid all red meat, pork, turkey and dairy according to Dr. Herbst, the only researcher working on finding a treatment. I also stay away from caffeine, sugar, all processed foods and have been eating all raw fruits and vegetables with the exception of crucifers because I tend to be slightly hypothyroidic. According to Dr. Herbst's research our vessels leak and the tumors form so anything that supports your blood vessels is a good idea including no drinking, smoking or drugs of any kind. Juice daily using a masticating juicer. This is my humble opinion. It can be a very serious condition that most doctors don't take seriously. They can begin to develop in your organs or next to your eyes or spine etc. though this is rate it happens. Mine are all over including right next to my spine. Best wishes.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Lipoma is a benign tumor composed of fatty tissue. They are soft to touch and painless. Lipomas are normally removed by simple excision or liposuction. There is no oral medicine for the same.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
