Can't identify skincolor change in buttcrack, is it a rash? Or? Warning: Picture.

It almost seems...Jaundice-like. Guh. This is so confounding. I can't find anything similar online, but I know that it wasn't always there, that the skin-color in my butt-crack was the same white as my butt-cheeks. Here's the picture:

Pruitus ani is only a symptom rather than a disease. Most intertrigos are mild with only change in pigmentation.

I actually believe, after more searching that it is "pruritus ani" but I am unsure what the treatment is...

I would like to say I have scoured a lot of images on google and I don't think this is it the intertrigo images I've seen are much more red, splotchy, and aggressive looking. I've been applying lamisil and cortisone-10 once daily and I haven't seen much improvement. Could it be something else? Or are you certain with you first answer and I just need to try a different treatment?
