my son has raised bumps all over torso arms and some on legs.. mostly torso

My son who is 6yrs old is covered in what looks to be goosebumps that don' t go away.. his torso is covered with them front and back with some on arms and legs.. I noticed when I stuck my hand up his shirt to rub his back.. They are not on his face, feet or bum.. If someone could please give a little insight I'd appreciate it! Thank you :) PS they have a slight reddish color but since they aren't patches and are randomly everywhere it's a lil harder to notice.

Hi.  This could be KP aka Keratosis Pilaris.  The bumps on arms and legs resemble goosebumps, sometimes they are hard and slightly red.  There are websites so you can learn more...Hope this helps.   Here is one website that may be helpful.  http://www.keratosis-pilaris.com/
