nose blister

I was out in the sun on a hazy day, pout neutrogena 45 on my face. I didnt get burnt but a couple of days later I noticed a small red bump on the tip of my nose. I thought it was pimple so I out retina A cream a couple of days to dry it out but it hasnt worked, It looks and feels more like a blister. How do I get rid of it?

thanks for your reply. however, there isnt any pain. It has lasted too many days. I think it's more like a pimple or clogged pore, but no pus. It looks like clear fluid. It's hard to tell since it's so small. Do you recommend acne cream like benzoyl perozide?

Hi

This may be a sun burn. Sun burns as in the case of first degree burns may present as skin blisters. Wash with cool water and keep the skin dry .Avoid scratching or picking on the area. Apply cool compress three times a day for not more than 15 minutes over the bump. This should help decrease any swelling or redness. If pain is present, you may take pain relievers.
