one year rash on inside of knee

It's not itchy. It goes purple in heat or cold. Doctor thinks it's fungal as I have cloudy urine. I don't think he's right it doesn't itch and I got bitten by a tick on my stomach when it started. He did blood tests on my organs and says they seem ok but my kidneys not hundreds. My blood cells are large so I have to go back for B12 test but I don't think it's related and suspect Lyme disease but he says it doesn't look like a tick bite. He gave me antibiotics for yeast infection and will do biopsy if it doesn't clear. I am constant dizzy have sore kidneys lungs and pain in my heart. I'm scared to take antibiotics. I am sweating easily and constantly dizzy. I have no medical aide and our national health care is basically non existent. I am 38 yo female RH negative and recovered from candidias in my liver and brain with natural treatment a few years ago. Doctor had diagnosed a type of encephalitis and gave me antibiotics that made me much sicker prior to me seeking alternative treatment. Please can someone look at a pic of my rash.

An update.  I don't know yet if there is a connection but blood tests have revealed Macrocytosis.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
One possibility to be ruled out from your symptoms is of granuloma annulare. Granuloma annulare is a chronic disease consisting of a rash with reddish bumps arranged in a circle or ring. Usually it is asymptomatic but due to cosmetic disfigurement topical or oral steroids may be needed. Please discuss this with your dermatologist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
