palm of hands

Around the lines of my palms will get a little puffy and white espesially when in water even for a short time. if I scratch it the skin is tender and will come off. But when this happens and I squeeze my hand in a fist it feels bloated or swollen. I would realy appreciate anyones help on why this happens and such. Thank you so much!

Actually, it is Hyperkeratosis of the palm. I have this condition and went to a few dermatologists before coming up with a diagnosis. It is confirmed though, and sadly, you will deal with it for life, and it will worsen. Sometimes it gets better, but it always gets bad again. It starts to become very painful too...

These are known as physical urticarias,pressure induced,or cold leading to swelling of fingers.No specific treatment for this.
