pea sized bumps on my penis head, butt testicles.. and itchy thighs..

Hey I have noticed pea sized bumps on my penis head, butt testicles.. and itchy thighs..

they were smaller about a month ago.. but now are bigger.. the ones on my penis seem dry and splitting slightly.. i also notice cut type scratches near my penis hole.. ive been to the doctor about a onth ago and he prescribed me 1% cortizone cream.. but didnt really solve the problem.. could it be herpies?.. hpv?.. scabies?.. fungus?... my doctor is on vacation for two weeks so i would like to get some significant advice.. plz and thank you..
i also lost my health card so the clinic wont accept me unless i pay a fee and i have no money at the moment.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi

This sounds like a yeast infection or a fungal infection. You have noted the bumps to involve the testicles and the thighs also. Yeast or fungal infections may present as a red rash with well demarcated borders. Unlike dermatitis wherein the redness is not well defined, that of jock itch may show a slightly bumpy and well defined red border. In your case, you may apply an antifungal medication such as miconazole on the area. This should help ease the condition if a fungal infection is present. Apply thinly twice a day for 3 days and try to see if the condition improves. Antifungal medications are usually applied for 1-2 weeks. Cease medications if condition worsens after 3 days.
